One of 48 artists from Washington's Sculptor's Group selected for the Sculpture Now show at at Harmony Hall Arts Center (Ft Washington, MD). Featuring my recent limestone sculpture mentioned in the Washington Post's review of the show: "...is echoed by Alan Rhody’s “Jax-in-the-Box,” which looks like a flimsy children’s toy but was in fact carved from a block of limestone. Metal and stone do appear in “Sculpture Now 2022,” but most often in amusingly deceptive guises."
Lake Roland Park

One of four artists selected for Lake Roland's Art On The Trail Award 2022 -- a permanent outdoor sculpture installation at a popular City / County park (over 400,00 visitors annually).
Handcrafted from limestone blocks, this 5 ft tall totem pole-like sculpture, named TERRAPIN STATION, depicts favorite park animals (2 fox, 2 fish, turtle, owl). Located on the Red trail near the Light Rail tracks (lakeside).
